A New Me

I’ve struggled with my weight for years. Diets and exercise didn’t work. I felt hopeless. This book was my last chance. I was scared but hopeful.

The book talks about how our minds control our bodies. It says our thoughts can help us lose weight. There’s a part about food cravings. It made me think about why I eat when I’m not hungry. I realized I eat because I’m bored or stressed. It was like a lightbulb went on.

The guided meditations are calming. They help me relax and focus. I’m starting to feel better about myself. I believe this book can change my life.

The narrator’s voice is soft and gentle. It’s like a warm hug.

Relaxing listen

Great production quality in regards to both the narrator and the musical accompaniment. It makes it an easy listen whether you try for a couple minutes a day or whether you want to listen to several hours at a time. Life Saving
