Boring narration
I was so disappointed Brenda Shoshanna didn't narrate this. I have listened to Lonely no More, which she narrated and was so good, I felt she was talking to me and she read with authenticity. The content is very good but as I cant return I will listen in small chunks.
Self help books should be read with feeling and understanding of the subject.
