About this listen

Feeling Great is based on 40 years of research and more than 40,000 hours treating individuals with severe mood problems. The goal is not just a rapid and complete elimination of negative feelings but the development of joy and enlightenment.

And when you listen and suddenly hear what your negative thoughts and feelings are trying to tell you, suddenly you won't need them anymore, and recovery will be just a stone's throw away.
Dr. Burns will provide you with inspiring and mind-blowing case studies along with more than 50 amazing tools to crush the negative thoughts that rob you of happiness and self-esteem.

Happy
I suggest this book. What I took from it is that we have to be careful what we speak to ourselves.

It’s a different book to Feeling Good
Well worth the read. I’d like to learn more about TEAM CBT efficacy. An important addition to the self help world and important for those patients seeking to get more from CBT.

THIS WAS THE SAME INFORMATION REPEATED
This was the same information repeated.
Not only was the information provided, the same information that had previously been reprised but the information was repeated in a re-iterated way.
In a funny way the information seemed familiar like I had just been told the same thing 15 times before.
The information was repackaged in such a way as to make it seem like it was new each time but it wasn’t; you see, it had been repeated.
