Thanks to Josh for finding my focus
I have had the great honour and privilege to connect with the author Joshua Seth and have worked with him in his classes for voice artists. He was kind enough to point me to his book and having listened and read in tandem it has provided me a great kindest and template at a time I needed it. I have been able to trim off the access noise and stress of life and do simple things to help refocus myself int he moment and in the abstract. In particular letting go of difficulties of the past and creating positive mindsets for the now. Also really taking stock of the things that matter most. I am thankful for Joshua for pointing me to his book. Worth every second or time!
