Simply Amazing! Must Read

This book is amazing! It is the most complete anti-inflammatory diet and wellness health book I’ve ever listened to or read! Dr. Borre covers every topic from what foods to eat, recipes to use, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, eating out socially and so much more. Did I mention supplements? Yes, she covers that to! The narrator reads this book exceptionally well ensuring the listener can grasp and comprehend every word of what is being said.

The tone of the book is conversational, easy to understand, and engaging. I pressed “play” and I didn’t stop listening until the end. The techniques and strategies in this book are doable! I’ve always had an understanding of “what” to do to improve my overall health, but I just never knew how to do it in a realistic and achievable manner that I could sustain. Well, now I do! Dr. Borre explains how to apply these principles and practices in your life using realistic examples, simple recipes, and relatable scenarios. I’m so excited to put into practice everything I’ve learned!

Anyone that is truly interested in improving their health and quality of life needs to read this book. Getting healthy and eating well does not have to be difficult, expensive, or confusing. This book from Dr. Borre shows you the way to improve your overall health making wise choices to reach and sustain your health goals.
