I like knowing how to keep stuff fresh

We can understand what foods that can keep us healthy and reduce inflammation. Some of my family members needed lots of help in keeping their sugars and proteins in balance with a nice healthy diet. Proper storage is a big one for all of us i'm sure, you get to hear about how to store certain items and keep them fresh. I'm not one to meal plan, but this book has brought new ideas on the organization so you can plan ahead to insure your eating healthy and watching inventory. I haven't heard about turn tables in such a long time, i believe they were called lazy susans, but yeah, great to store and move things around with ease. I enjoyed listening to how to making cooking a pleasure again versus tripping yourself up on a daily basis. When we follow these instructions and how to read food labels and how not all ingredients are made the same. I get tripped up with choosing the wrong choices by accident and paying for it later, but now i'm feeling really better set to take on my new reality and prepare for a better future.
