Essential listening for any outdoor athlete

This is a superb audio book. Read by the author Renee McGregor, it will change your approach to diet and nutrition, especially for runners, cyclists and other aerobic sports. Far from being a a book for elite athletes only it does give a lot of sensible advice to get the best from your body and the sports it does. Essential listening.

Fascinating, educational and just what I needed!
