Something for everyone
I think this book has something for everyone. It can be read by people at all different stages of breakup related grief. I took many elementary lessons, many intermediate lessons, and many advanced lessons from this book. I was already aware of many elementary lessons, many intermediate lessons, and many advanced lessons from this book. In other words, my knowledge and skills were (are still) uneven.
I suspect the reviews on here that are critical for reasons such as their listening of the book made them feel worse is because they did not like hearing they have to let go. If you're adamant letting go isn't necessary yet, don't read this book. If you're starting to question whether you need to start approaching your breakup differently and make the jump, read this, and you'll be given a strong push.

Excellent therapy
I would recommend this book to anyone going not only through a breakup but also anxiety of any kind. More often than not, anxiety in women arises from poor relationships. This book gently guides one through a process of regaining control and confidence no matter how low one is feeling. Follow it religiously and it works!

Great, amazing book
I loved this book and it's incredibly useful. Not only to get over your past relationship, but also to figure out what REALLY happened, why it happened and how to get better, more mature, more fulfilling relationship in the future. It teaches the importance of no-contact, journaling, affirmations, boundaries and so on.
This review is not nearly as explainatory of the usefulness and beauty of this book, which is, by the way, narrated in a marvelous way; so I just hope you gonna buy it and transform you life, and your relationships, for the better.

Awful book, absolutely zero help.
Would you try another book written by Susan J. Elliott or narrated by Laural Merlington?
Definitely not, never again.
What didn’t you like about Laural Merlington’s performance?
Dull.
You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?
To be honest, it has a great cover - that is about it.
Any additional comments?
Heartache and breakups are hard enough without cliched patronising nonsense like this being on the market.
No help. No help at all. Avoid.

Didn't like it at all.
Would you try another book written by Susan J. Elliott or narrated by Laural Merlington?
The narration was fine, good actually, but the actual book was unfortunately of zero help to me. I wanted (/needed) help to get over my painful breakup, but unfortunately I most definitely did not find it here.
What will your next listen be?
Not sure yet.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointed overall.

I wanted to enjoy this but i spent most of the time BORED. It was a real chore to get thru this, but i wanted to as i didn't wanna waste money and i kept hoping it would get better and give me actual advice on how to feel better about my breakup - it didn't.
