Summary

Go Fund Yourself isn't about cutting back on coffee or walking to work, and it definitely isn't about becoming a bazillionaire overnight (sorry). I don't believe in telling you what you should and shouldn't spend your money on, and sadly, get rich quick schemes are a load of BS. Instead, it combines time-tested, expert advice with fresh insights into how money works today and how you can earn, spend and invest your way towards living your best life.

Brilliant

Firstly I just want to mention what I disliked but I have still provided 5 stars.
I’m a 40 year old guy and at the beginning they mention that this is for people that are not in my age range and are for people nearly 10 years younger than me. Although I found this mainly relevant to my age and most other ages.
I particularly like the section around mortgages and the different types…
I would highly recommend this audiobook, but please ignore the section about who this book is for, it’s for all ages

A modern day 'richest man in babylon'

The techniques and ideas set out in this book are more sympathetic to a modern audience, compare that to a similar read 'the richest man in babylon'. You will find both are great material to get on top of your finances.

Great personal finance intro

The book provides great intro into personal finance covering many topics. On the other hand, I couldn't help but think I would like more details on many aspects presented in the same clear style. Maybe a follow up more comprehensive book by the same author would be great.
