A great way to get a good nights sleep.

Guided Meditation for Deep Sleep is a book that provides you with practical tools and techniques to achieve deep, restful sleep through the practice of guided meditation.  The author provides various guided meditations designed to help you relax your body, calm your mind, and prepare yourself for a night of deep sleep. The positive lesson which I have learnt from listening to this book is that quality sleep is within our control. I now understand that by incorporating mindfulness and relaxation techniques into my bedtime routine, I can create a conducive environment for deep, restful sleep. I now listen to this every night and fall into a deep restorative sleep!

Great guided meditation for sleep

I found this guided meditation audiobook very helpful in winding down before sleep. The guided meditation helped me switch off and relax. The narrator has a very calm and relaxing voice, and soothing background music adds to that calming and relaxing feeling. There were also other calming background sounds, like running water or waves, and other sounds of nature. The duration of the guided meditation is a bit over half an hour, which I find is more than enough time for me to switch off and be ready to fall asleep - highly recommended if you are looking for a guided meditation to help you sleep.
