Reviews are right it does work!

I was a little sceptical when i started to listen. I have been struggling with menopause & getting up early before work on a dark morning just hadn’t been happening. 10 days in, it has been a gradual change each day. I can not believe that i am now awake before the alarm & feeling alert. Thank you

Sleep soundly and wake up naturally.

Have to admit I was sceptical at first whether or not this would work, but after a week of listening to this meditation I have been naturally waking up early every morning. No alarm clock. As soon as I start the book, I’m asleep within minutes. When I wake up, I am fully rested. Best sleep I’ve had in over a year.
