Happiness Unlocked!
I just finished listening to this audiobook, and it’s been a refreshing change from the usual self-help fare. The narrator made the content easy to follow and engaging. The author's use of humor kept me engaged throughout the book, although the references and research verified the author's credibility. I found the book thought-provoking and supportive of self-reflection. I would recommend the book to folks who need to calibrate their journey to or back into happiness.

Happiness Awaits
Happiness looks different to everyone. What makes you happy may not make your spouse, friend, or child happy. I like how this book helps you along the journey to self-discovery and find true happiness within and how to achieve it. The audiobook combines humor with research and, most importantly, step-by-step strategies. The exercises take it to another level and usher it into the fulfilling life you want and deserve. Why live unfulfilled when happiness can be found in the audiobook?

Gets you focused on what matters most.
"Hacking the Code to Happiness" by Archer Sterling struck me as a book about the little things. I think that's where a lot of books about increasing happiness go wrong. The little, consistent moments in our day-to-day really define everything. This audiobook brings enough science to illustrate the point, and there's a ton of practical exercises to help you get there.
Some of the reasons why certain things lead to happiness are a little complicated, but Sterling does a good job of explaining them, so I never felt lost. Instead, I felt like all the advice was doable, and the anecdotes in Sterling's narrative were great. Some were actually funny, but they all had a lot of wisdom baked in. The writing style is very straightforward, too, so any listener should find it very accessible.
I think the narrator did an excellent job, and it was a pleasure to listen. While this audiobook might not reinvent the wheel completely, I think it's an excellent resource because it focuses on the important things in a way that makes it easy to incorporate them into your day-to-day. Its emphasis on the little things is much appreciated. I highly recommend it!

Practical steps
This audiobook doesn’t feel preachy or overwhelming - more like a conversation with a wise friend who understands that happiness isn't about grand gestures or unattainable goals. Instead, it’s about the little moments, the daily practices that shift your mindset. This book helped me realize that true happiness starts from within. It guided me in letting go of constant comparisons and instead focusing on gratitude, self-care, and finding purpose. The advice is practical, not just theories.

Path To True Happiness
Happiness really is sourced from the inside; you can't get it from anyone but yourself. Happiness is the natural result of gratitude, thankfulness, and purpose. This book guides in developing these, practicing self-care, ending the habit of comparing yourself to others, fostering optimism, and so much more.

Finally, Something That Stuck!
I’ve read my fair share of self-help books, but this one just hit differently. It felt like conversing with a friend who genuinely gets what everyday happiness should look like. After reading it, the small shifts I’ve made have brought me more peace and clarity than I expected. If you're looking for simple ways to level up your happiness without feeling overwhelmed, I definitely recommend giving this a try!

A Practical Blueprint for Lasting Joy
In this audiobook the author breaks down the often-elusive concept of happiness into manageable steps. The strategies are straightforward, combining science-backed principles with real-world applications and not requiring drastic life changes. The emphasis is on small, consistent actions that build up over time, leading to a fulfilling and joyful life.
I particularly appreciative of the section on gratitude. I feel that everyone, especially those who are depressed or lacking joy, should grab hold of this book so they can see that happiness is within their reach.
