Summary

In this breathwork journey, Samantha Skelly will guide you on a journey into your soul to heal the parts of you that create stress, overwhelm, and anxiety. Through the power of the breath, we will integrate into the body and allow the breath to heal the body. Breathwork is a transformational practice that allows the mind to relax and surrender, so the body can be the healer. After the journey is complete, you will discover a deeper and more connected relationship to your body, you will be able to shift anxiety in your body, and access states of deep peace within your mind.

Samantha introduces you the specific breathing pattern in the first two tracks. In the remaining audio tracks, Samantha guides you on six separate breathwork journeys, each lasting approximately 25 minutes. Each journey has accompanying percussion and healing music.

Breathwork is not recommend for pregnant women. Also, if you have any medical conditions or are currently taking medication, please consult your doctor before starting breathwork. Very disappointing

As an Audible subscriber I regret having spent a credit on this book. It offers only one breathing technique, for which no psychological or physiological justification is given, and that one does not seem very useful. Much too much rambling commentary unrelated to ‘breath work’, which seems quite undirected, and lacking in structure or offered solutions . I wonder what qualifications the author may have. All in all a low-quality buy and disappointed that Audible promoted it.

Poor quality

If you are looking for help with anxiety please avoid this book, which was promoted by Audible. It seems that the author has no qualifications or training to treat anxiety and her approach is very unscientific. Instead, there is a lot of rambling about love, the heart, emotionality (not a word), and other such mumbo jumbo. I returned it and could not possibly recommend it.
