Very intriguing, not very helpful

This is a great little book, very interesting but maybe I was just being abit silly, but I thought this may be a little helpful guide on how to gain more friends, for someone who has anxiety and depression it’s hard for me to make new friends, sadly it was more of an overview on the ways that it’s possible to make friends, not so much how to win friends, definitely worth the price.
