Wisdom breadcrums
This book is a collection of quotes and passages from his writings and insights. Like small breadcrums of wisdom. If you want a reminder and small pieces of insights to guide you pick this, but if you want to dig deep go for his grounded spirituality book. I highly recommend reading grounded spirituality which is a full body of work but I liked this also.

Great empowering book.
Summons so much about the complication religions, spiritual sects and cultures of different kinds can create for people trying to live a free and authentic life, whilst acknowledging spirit and seeking healing from the past. Ones own and our collective, historic past. Yet between the lines there is a comforting truth in never giving up ones own right to seek a spiritual life and integrating it with ones own story and experience. I find Jeff Brown a much needed voice. He says it in a very simple and direct way. Grateful to come across this.
