Relaxing ....
I thought I would try these types of books due personal stress and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Though i habe only been listening to this book frequently and regulary I have found these books to ensure a good relaxing sleep at worst (as for improving my memory .... I guess time will tell)... I would recommend this book to most, however please be aware that how effective this book is dependant on the individuals outlook as well as perception of their own understanding...
