Well-structured and perfectly explained

Thank you for this book. It’s so well-written and comprehensible- everything you need to know about how to live a happy and energized life. I have been following Dr Shah’s guidelines only for a few days now but already I can feel the benefits.

Strongly bias towards women's health

I did not listen to the whole book admittedly as by about halfway, I had heard enough. I don't doubt that the information here is accurate and useful to many. I found little new but it is presented reasonably afresh and could probably help a lot of folks.

I was surprised to find that the content was strongly biased towards women's health which is Shah's specialism it seems, but I'd like to have learned this from the description and saved the purchase and time of listening to something that failed to satisfy my need as a bloke. Men are included, rather like a square peg hammered into a round hole and very much as an afterthought. I have returned it.

Great stuff for women maybe- likely to disappoint if you are a man looking for help with not being so effing tired.

Just what I was looking for!

I’m four days into the WTF plan and already I notice a significant difference - so much so that yesterday I kept my daughter home from daycare and along with her younger sister the three of us went and spent the day out walking and playing, a mental health day if you will. I’ve been following you for about a year Dr Shah and I just love your work! Thank you for doing what you do. One thing I would say, it would have been nice to have chapter 8 in the PDF, the meal plan specifically. Otherwise, fantastic!
