Helen grew up on a farm in Cumbria and credits her deep connection with nature and family for grounding her throughout the experiences in her life.

What a lovely listen
Helen is so down to earth, so insporational and full of such lovely heart warming storied. I loved listening to all her adventures, what a wonderful lady.

Humility and humour
Brilliant insight, told with humility and humour. Familiar events from Helen’s career with anecdotes from along the way. Kept me gripped as I empathised and felt compassion with a kindred spirit by the end. Thoroughly enjoyed the book and its candid style.

I knew so little about her, mostly from Country file! such a lively lovely character.

Beautiful Journey by an Inspiring Woman

Hugely Engaging,
Really enjoyed this audiobook, Narrated by Helen, comes across as a very fresh and inspiring.

Beautiful woman
A lovely book, written and read by a lovely person, it was read a little fast but I slowed it down, hope Helen has a fabulous life with her fabulous family.
