Summary
It’s an impossible situation, but if anyone can save Flicka, it’s her loyal, hot, ripped, bossy, protective, truly maddening, totally off-limits bodyguard.
Flicka von Hannover was a princess, but not anymore, sort of. To hide from her conniving soon-to-be ex-husband and divorce him as soon as possible, she runs to the place specified by her prenuptial agreement, Las Vegas.
She has left everyone and everything behind except Dieter Schwarz, her bodyguard who saved her that terrible night and smuggled her to Paris and now to Nevada. Living with the six-four, ripped, bossy Swiss mercenary is driving her crazy in more ways than one. Every time he comes near her, she wants to rip his clothes off with her teeth.
Her ex knows that she must be in Las Vegas to establish residency to divorce him, and his men are looking for her. When his Secret Service try to kidnap her and Dieter saves her again, the adrenaline and heat of the moment are too much for them to resist.
But her ex knows that she has to file the paperwork to divorce him, and he’ll do anything to stop her, even mounting an assault with his army on the courthouse when she tries to go to court.
When an actual prince - who has a Secret Service, an army, and real spies - is hunting you down, you run, and you hide In a Faraway Land.

A Fabulous Simple-Life
Flicka, our Runaway Princess's journey continues in this brilliantly written third instalment. With each book, the series gets better and better. The storyline is a wholly addictive and engaging adventure, packed with drama, humour, suspense, danger, passion, and steam. Now, living in the simple life in Las Vegas, one thing is on Flicka, and Dieter mind is getting a divorce from the cheating Prince Pierre (a.k.a heel). Unfortunately, the heel's secret service are relentless in their pursuit but not as determined as Flica and her protector, Dieter.
Aside from the thoroughly exciting and fast-paced plot, Flicka and Dieter are my favourite part of this series. They are memorable, likeable, and multifaceted; their many layers, such as vulnerabilities and strength, are revealed. Their connection is one of mutual trust, love, desire, and passion with undeniable chemistry. Lucy Rivers and Jason Clarke's narration was flawless. In addition to having attractive voices, they captured the distinctive accents, expression and emotions, literally breathing life into this series.
The ending was something else, and the fourth book can't come soon enough. Overall, In a Faraway Land was a fabulous and adventurous listen, one I'll wholeheartedly recommend.

Trying To Break Free!🙏🍀👑🍸
In a Faraway Land: Billionaires in Disguise: Flicka (Runaway Princess, Book #3)
Audiobook 🎧
By: Blair Babylon
Narrated by: Lucy Rivers, Jason Clarke
Length: 5 hrs and 47 mins
This was well narrated. It captured the frustration, fear & love surrounding Dieter/Raphael and Flicka.🌟
Now in Las Vegas to establish her residency for divorce, this couple need to make plans on how they intend to survive for at least six weeks!😳 Dieter needs to get his daughter back but also fears leaving Flicka alone. She, however, is anything but helpless & has a few surprises for him on his return.💕
Nothing is simple & it's clear that people know where she is. Two attempts have been made to grab her already!😔 Operational Security is back in full effect.
We see a more broken Flicka, at times, in this book but she's also more free and unbridled by her titles too. She's enjoying living with Dieter & Alena as is he with them.😍 Unfortunately it all ends rather badly it seems!💔💥 another unmissable addition & hook.👑🌟
On to book #4.👍

In a gambling mood
Book 3 in the series , runaway princess , by Blair Babylon. Blair wrote a story that will have you hooked like book 1 and 2. Both Flicka and Dieter are engaging, strong . They are perfect together.
This story has it all twists and turns , drama , mystery, suspense.
Flicka and Dieter need to get away from Pierre , who is Flicka husband and who she’s is trying to divorce. Both Flicka and Dieter think of the perfect place , Las Vegas , ohh the things they both go through in the city of gamblers. Pierre will do anything to find Flicka and bring her back. Not because he wants her but because he has use for her . Can’t wait for the next story
The performance of Jason Clarke and Lucy Rivers is very strong, they pull you right into the story . They do a perfect tone for the story

European royalty on the run to Vegas.....
... What more could we ask for...
This is part 3 of Flickas story and is a great story. The set of stories about Flicka needs to be listened to in order to get the most out of it.
Full of intrigue and twists and turns, the story is quick paced and emotional, and ends of a real cliff hanger leading you j to the next part of the story.
The narrators do a great job bringing the characters to life, and you will easily lose yourself for hours listening to this.
