Summary
The Pimsleur® Method is scientifically proven to be your fastest route to near-native fluency. Speak and understand Indonesian in just 30 minutes a day. Indonesian Phase 1, Units 16-20 build on material taught in prior units. Each lesson provides 30 minutes of spoken language practice, with an introductory conversation, and new vocabulary and structures. Detailed instructions enable you to understand and participate in the conversation. Each lesson contains practice for vocabulary introduced in previous lessons. The emphasis is on pronunciation and comprehension, and on learning to speak Indonesian. These units contain Reading Lessons designed to teach you to sound out words with correct pronunciation and accent. A Reading Booklet to be used with the audio lessons is also included in PDF format. This course teaches Standard Indonesian pronunciation as spoken in and around Jakarta. The first ten Units of Pimsleur's 30-Unit Indonesian Comprehensive Program, replaces the Compact Indonesian.

Decent methods but Dreadful Story
I like the method but the story is very annoying and at times absurd. Teaching stuff like "this restaurant is always crowded" and "is it 4,000 rupiah or 29,000 rupiah" make the lesson seem almost pythonesque at times but not in an amusing way.
(Had to give 1 star for the story)
