Great short listen
I received this book free for an honest review .
Great story and characters Georgia Kentley can’t wait to get back to work after her Christmas break up with her long time BF.
She’s not prepared for the new DCI who seems to have taken an instant dislike to her and goes out of his way to show her . However when things go wrong on an arrest and Georgia ends up hurt DCI Trent starts to see her in a different light and things go from there . Looking forward to listening to book 2 as this book left a huge cliffhanger .

Loved the narration of Crystal Crockett
This book is full of suspense, twists and romance. It does end on a cliffhanger
After a disastrous breakup with her boyfriend over Christmas all Georgia wants to do is go back to work as a police officer . The last thing she needs is her new boss, Walker, who believes she got her job because of her father and not on merit.
While she and Walker are working undercover he realizes that his first impression of her was mistaken and feelings develop between them.
