Awesome advice and coaching
I was surprised and impressed by how much detail this book went into about each topic. Loads of mental skills as well as tips on how to keep physically healthy and hockey-specific techniques are covered. It's less about the stories and more about techniques that can help kids become great athletes in any sport. A really motivational and informative book that I would definitely recommend.

Great for Young Players
I got this book for my best friend’s kid who plays hockey. He was struggling with confidence and I thought this might help. He really connected with one of the stories and even asked to stay late after practice to work on his skating. The stories are real and easy to relate to. They are full of great lessons. Not just about hockey its about hard work and staying motivated. If you know a young player who needs a little boost. Solid choice.

The motivation you need
This was such an insightful listen. It is jam-packed with tools and strategies to improve your game, but it's not all about drills and exercises, the author equips you with mental strategies to elevate your understanding of not just the game -- but yourself as a player. As a parent of a teen who is obsessed with hockey - this book was a welcome listen and an inspirational tool to help him find focus and spearhead his goals. I highly recommend this book for any young players or hockey fanatics!

My sons newest obsession
My son is obsessed with hockey right now. He wants to know everything about the sport. We found this audiobook to listen to, and he is loving it. I love that the book has life lessons on teamwork and sportsmanship. The book walks you through the rules and how to get started in the sport. Thanks to the great start, we are looking for a local club or team for him.

Some great lessons!
I bought this for my nephew, who eats and sleeps hockey! I couldn't resist listening for myself! The book was full of great stories about hockey, hard work, and never giving up. It taught important lessons about teamwork, dedication, and believing in yourself. I now appreciate the sport and the people who play it much more! I recommend it to young hockey players and parents who love the game. It’s great for motivation and learning life lessons through hockey.
