Pretty much one thought repeated for hours

"The purpose of intellectual property concept X is to strike a complex balance between a right of creators and creation of new ideas with the benefits for the society that values sharing of knowledge." Repeat 1000 times.
I've never seen a text that's so repetitive, and have such a low density of information.
