It is beginner-friendly and written with simple terminologies for everyone to enjoy. It also contains detailed explanations of other weight-loss strategies that complement intermittent fasting, which you can incorporate to rapidly lose weight.

Unlike other books on intermittent fasting for weight loss, you’ll get a broader perspective of how weight loss occurs and why some people struggle to lose weight despite fasting for long periods of time. For each weight-loss strategy, you’ll learn how to plan for it and do it the right way, as well as the strategy’s health implications. The reason for providing extensive details about each weight-loss technique is to provide you with options you can pick from and hopefully find the best one for you. In this book, each chapter contains current research findings.

You no longer have to go through the hassle of finding a diet plan that will help you lose weight because I have outlined only the ones that complement intermittent fasting and have been extensively studied and proven to support weight loss. The second half of this book talks about each one of them while the first half provides background information about intermittent fasting for men and women and how weight loss occurs.
