Better Food, Better Health!
I can honestly say this works. I adopted this lifestyle a while back when I had a Doctor's report for high cholesterol. He wanted to put me on statins which I refused. Instead, I cut meat out of my diet totally, and a year later my cholesterol was back to normal. It's no joke, don't listen to people who tell you "you must eat meat" it just isn't so. This book is a great listen and will give you some great advice on plant-based diets and eating healthily. Listen and apply. You won't regret it..

A mix bag!
I got this book thinking it was about plant based diet but this is much more than that!!
The author has created a great resource for people who want to move towards plant based foods and also want to develop healthy long term habits. The book gives away the secrets of people who live a long healthy life.
I'm definitely following meal plans and the advice and making changes but one step at a time!!

Excellent!!
Thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. It’s was easy to follow and was packed full with useful information.
I myself am vegan, but have been thinking about going more whole foods plant based in my diet for the health benefits for quite some time. This book gave me the push I needed. I really loved that the book did not just focus on diet, but also on having a healthy lifestyle in general. The chapters have been well thought out.
Anyone who is looking to improve their overall health (while supporting the environment) should listen to this book. Thumbs up to the author and the great narration. Highly recommend :)

This peaked my interest due to struggling with long covid for months with little guidance on how to manage it. The concept makes a lot of sense and the information is presented in a clear manner. I will hopefully see some positive changes. Great introduction to a plant based lifestyle.

Very Informative!
This Audiobook is Informative and very important, especially nowadays most people are not health conscious. I learned a lot about Heart diseases, and this is a lot of helpful information about healthy eating habits, and the explanation was very detailed.

Very interesting audiobook
I never thought that only plant based meals are the ones I could stick to for the rest of my life. I never thought that vegetarian meals are delicious and well balanced with protein and healthy fats compared to traditional meals. However, this book opened my eyes and I have to agree that plant based nutrition can turn your health around and can help you to live your lives to your highest potential.
