This books provides you with juicing as an additional way to sustaining a balance diet and helping you stay healthy. I did not know that there was a difference between juicing and blending; I now understand the difference and benefits of each. This book offers you information as to how to go about lessening the effects that conditions such as weak immune system, flu, poor skin health, allergies and menopause through using or blending. Improving my health
This is the year I make important changes to my diet and increase my vegetable intake. I wanted to try juicing and found this amazing audiobook. I was at first, an audiobook on juicing. How is that going to work? It does; this book comes with the full PDF guide, and I printed out the recipes that resonated with me most. I am loving the recipes. They are easy to follow, and I don't have an expensive juicing machine. I do feel much better already, more focused and less sleepy. Highly recommend this book.

Perfect Juicing Education
I have no skills in Juicing recipes, and I am glad I bought this audiobook. I agree that these recipes contain energy, feel better, lose weight, and taste good. I can undoubtedly gather tips and tricks to learn a combination of fruits and veggies many of us don’t consume due to a lack of understanding that keeping your body healthy is essential.
