Everybody needs this audiobook, especially now dur
I first found the most important part of this recording well over 20 years ago when I was at a really low point.
To this day I dont know where I saw the advert but I subscribed to a self help cassette course, which was very out of character.
This course was a monthly pack of three cassettes on subscription all on different themes from sales to personal goals.
Not many people could have signed up for the course because it only ran for three months and then just stopped.
However in the very first package was a cassette by Ed Forman Titled “How to have a terrific day, every day”
The recording is live at a speaking engagement and sounds unedited from start to finish and this information is expanded on in the rest of the recording but if you only listen to the first hour it is worth every penny of the monthly credit on audible to buy.
It is genuinely hard for me to describe how this one cassette effected me without sounding like I am a gushing fan boy.
This tape was an old recording then and it is an ancient one now (copywrite 1986!) but as I listened through this whole expanded version, of which the first hour is the same recording and of the next 8 or so hours 50% is the same information repeated again and again recorded live on the successful life training course you could attend in America at a very significant cost.
It is all still entertaining and all still relevant, the recording is poor in places and the American accents can be a challenge.
The narrator between sessions is incredibly cheesy but Ed Forman more than makes up for him.
As the story goes, Ed Forman took the best parts and principals of several self help courses and put them all together.
Even though I have heard this recording way more than 100 times I still laughed out loud at the same salient points.
I can testify that if you follow the advice on this recording, you too will find more success and happiness than you ever thought possible, if you follow the simple lifestyle principals he shares with you. You will get that promotion, you will earn more money, you will look back like I have in 10 or 20 years and you, like I, will thank Ed Foreman for where and who you are now.
