I'd call it a well performing summary

Loved it, wish it had more. It summarised multiple topics including items from some of Tony's other books, but didn't dwell on them too much. Maybe this is the intent.

Worth a listen...

I read this book in 1992, listening to it made me realise just how much I learnt from the first time I listened to it.

It also made me realise how much I had deviated away from the techniques that are developed.
