Very Relatable for Me

Grief has many challenges. Most of them I did not expect. Unlike many books that focus on grief from a spiritual or religious point of view, this audiobook is giving me an inclusive approach which is more acceptable to my lifestyle. Not everyone associates death with spirituality. This author's personal experiences showed me genuine empathy and relatable insights.

The info presents ways to manage the unexpected disruptions that the loss of a partner brings about. It also addresses the social aspects of grief, like feeling isolated. And thoughts that society in general may be judging my attempts to move forward.
The author/narrator uses a compassionate tone which is encouraging to grieving listeners.

Of course, my goal for the future is to recreate a life of joy and peace. I will one day reach that goal. I highly recommend this audio to anyone looking for support and guidance on their path to emerging from grief.
