Menopause Master Guide

This book is a great guide that takes the listener from understanding what is going on with her body during this metamorphosis to life after menopause which is promised land which is life after menopause. There are many areas of this book that are very educational and beneficial to know like the chapter that goes over the nature process of what is happening to the body during each phrase. I believe when women know what is happening to their body it replaces fear with education. In this way she knows how to manage the process both physically and mentally. The part of the book that resonated with me the most is to use food as medicine. The shopping list is a must with a power food that harmonize the hormonal levels. I highly recommend this book to women who want to take an active role in guiding their body successfully through this phrase of life.

Excellent Guide!

Full transparency. I am not at the point where I need to think about menopause, however, I want to be prepared when it does happen. Whenever you hear the word menopause there's always a negative tone. Like when a woman hits menopause, her life is over. Especially on the intimate level. I'm happy to report that Maya has completely debunked that nonsense. My mindset, thanks to Maya has changed. Menopause is not something to be scared of. Kristin, with Maya's words, guides you on what to expect and how to navigate this important time in life. Very well done and it is a must listen to anyone who is or will be going through menopause at some point. Actually, it would also be helpful for those who won't be going through it but are in a relationship with someone who will be to listen as well. That way they will know how to support and will understand what is going on.
