Very poor, just get quantum memory instead

Poor book, nothing speedy or memorable about it other than the done a million times "emotional/location/pinning memory" which is done better in the book quantum memory. I was very disappointed by the content of this book I expected some useful techniques for learning not just how to remember a list of 10 obscure items. Plus the narrator sounds like professor frink from the Simpsons which makes listening painful.
