I finally understand what my hubby deals with

I have been with my husband for a few years and knew he had ADHD, but I did not truly understand what he was going through. I found this audiobook bundle and have learned so much. I do realize this book is geared more towards the guys, but if your a loved one, this book will work for you too. The books are very well written, and the information is easy to follow and understand, although I do not have a medical degree. I was at first worried about the 9-hour play time, but its easy to pause and pick it back up when ready. Great book; highly recommend.
