Summary
Omni Colt is a storyteller. But her bipolar disorder completely bankrupts this idea. With Mental being Jessica's debut novel, she knew that this work must speak volumes to authenticity. So, she began writing Mental as a wish list of the person she wanted to be at 15 years old. While Jessica tries to sift out every life lesson on adulthood, relationships, and mental health, she enjoys continuing to grow up alongside her 15 nieces and nephews.
