Worth persevering, don’t let the beginning put you off!

The story was very slow to start, the first 2 hours of the recording were 2 very long, not that interesting scenes. However, one the actual story got going it was quaint and enjoyable. This was the fourth book in the series (but the first I have listened to) and perhaps it would have been better to have started with the first, as that would have probably built up character depth more, rather than being thrown in mid way!
Definitely worth a listen though.
