Summary

No One Home - great read
Was gripped by this story from page 1 !! Author has a way of making you feel involved in the life of the main characters and all the paths leading to the conclusion. Loved the switch of the story tellers from Uk to USA dialects. Fiction at its best !

Another fabulous book!
I loved this new David Raker book. Twisty and interesting. Great narrators and fabulous plot. Completely recommended

Brilliant book
This book was fantastic I started listening to it and couldn’t put it down. Going to sleep at night listening to it (often had to rewind a bit in the morning!) listening to it every chance I had during the day.

Struggled with this!!!!!
I really enjoy Tim Weaver but this was hard work. It's all over the place!
It jumps from the 2000's back to the 1980's then back again and I felt unable to follow the story line.. I'm rather disappointed 😔

a far fetched
this started ok but became more and more unbelievable as I listened. It's a shame because I really enjoyed the earlier books the last two have been simply irritating.

Once Started couldnt put down
I do love a Tim Weaver book and this one was excellent. started reading in our coffee and crime club and read and listened to within two days. Good story line that kept you guessing

Impressive
One of the many reasons to keep going with this
complex story is the intrigue in trying to work out how the several threads will come together. The pace is fast and driven further by cliff hanging chapter endings. The narration is rushed at times and accents wobble a bit but none of this distracts. This author understands grief. At the centre of a violent, deranged set of events is a quiet story of the sadness of loss which is what will stay with me from this book.

Joe Coen was great, however, Lorelei King has one tone throughout making her chapters difficult to listen to.
