Summary

In un castello della Maremma toscana, popolato da una nobiltà tenacemente dedita al nulla e dalla numerosa servitù, arriva un venerdì di giugno del 1895 il baffuto e sornione Pellegrino Artusi. A interrompere le placide giornate che scorrono tra il giardino e la tavola, le chiacchiere e i pettegolezzi, piomba gelido il delitto.
