Finally Feeling Like I Deserve My Success
This audiobook really hit home for me because I’ve struggled with imposter syndrome for years, especially in my career. The part about reframing negative thought patterns was a huge help—it made me realize just how much I was undermining myself without even noticing. I also shared some of the self-worth exercises with my daughter, who’s in college and constantly doubting herself, and she found them super helpful. The way it explains imposter syndrome makes it feel so much more manageable, and I’m already noticing a shift in how I think about my achievements. If you ever feel like you’re “faking it” even when you’ve worked hard, this is worth listening to.

Finally Feeling Good Enough
I've always struggled with feeling like I'm not good enough, and this audiobook, narrated beautifully by Amanda White, provided some really helpful tools to tackle those feelings head-on. The author, Jeffrey Simmons, broke down the concepts in a way that made sense, and I especially appreciated the practical advice for building self-worth and reframing negative thoughts. I've already started using some of the techniques, and I'm seeing a difference in how I approach my work. I'd definitely recommend this audiobook to anyone who deals with self-doubt and wants to feel more confident in their abilities.
