Mind Full to Mindful - this book delivers!

This book is a absolute must read for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the constant cycle of overthinking. Dean does a great job of providing practical, empowering, and actionable strategies that help you take control of your thoughts to find clarity amidst chaos. What I really took away from this was how effective the techniques are for tackling anxiety and negative mental patterns.
I appreciated how the book dove deep into the science behind to help us (the readers) understand why it happens and more importantly, how to break free from it. The section on dealing with ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts) was particularly eye opening and offered practical ways to shift to a more positive mindset. If you’re looking for a book that’ll help you to move from "mind full" to "mindful," this book is it for you. It’s a powerful tool for reclaiming peace, purpose, and balance in your life. Highly recommended!

A Grounded Guide to Tackling Overthinking

This audiobook on overthinking and anxiety really resonated with me, especially since mindfulness, yoga, and meditation have been so important in my own journey to self-awareness. I loved the section on letting go, it was such a good reminder, and the practical strategies for self-talk were incredibly helpful. I even shared it with my partner, who tends to overthink, and he found it just as insightful. It’s a great resource for anyone looking to quiet their mind and find a little more peace - something we all need in this world. The narration was perfect. I always enjoy a nice British accent.
