don't waste your money!!

all of the information here is found online with a quick Google search, she also says generic things like 'say goodbye to stress'
gives very broad statistics, 'eat often!' but don't be over weight. 'eat from a smaller plate'.
none of this was nutrition or diatary advice, I basically felt like I was told to be better and surely you'll overcome your hormone imbalance.
