Good technique but overly complex and prescriptive
In its basic form, a good technique. Lends itself most well to individuals with desk jobs or studies. For a busy working mum like myself with so many mini tasks in addition to all the larger ones, it’s too prescriptive and more complex than it needs to be. Also, I thought it probably lent itself better to a paper book rather than audio book if you’re wanting to comprehend all the recordings it suggests.
