I did not think that I needed these affirmations, but they're already helping me. I played the audiobook before bed. And guess what? I jumped into exercise mode this morning. Easy to Follow

I have listened to other affirmations books and I have never encountered a book that includes a section on how to write your own affirmations. It was really useful in helping me write my own that I feel I can emotionally connect with. This was easy to listen to and follow along with and is a great audiobook to put in your ears every day to build a positive mindset around health and weight loss.
