Essential is right
In the first half of this book, the author talks about the psychology behind just being a decent bloke in general and is very inspirational. Highly recommended!

Awful. Confused and confusing
The title is a complete misnomer. The book barely mentions texting women. Sometimes it is about men trying to attract women and then the next minute it is all about women attracting men.
