A wonderful insight into a fantastic author!
It is a rare occasion that readers get to peek into the hidden lives of the authors whose books are so beloved. These "ramblings," which truly are not ramblings, made me laugh, cry, cringe, commiserate, and more with ML Hamilton. I loved this little window into her life. I even found myself connecting certain stories with the inspiration they must have provided for her books. I loved it!
Kelley Hazen has been the narrator for many of ML Hamilton's books. It seems apt that she gave voice to this non-fiction piece. I can imagine that this work would have been closely managed by these two artists to capture the true essence of a writer and her messages.
A worthwhile listen!

Loved it
This was a great listen, it made me laugh in places and cry in others, it was amazing and I highly recommend it.
Kelly Hazen is a narrator as always.

Great for getting to know the Author
This sort of book won’t suit everyone but if, like me, you want to know and understand the author, this is a relaxing, friendly way to do so. The snippets of stories told are those of every day people. They aren’t extraordinary and that is what makes them personal. I could relate to many of these and it made me feel as if the author was a friend down the road. I even chuckled to myself a few times because I relived a similar event in my life.
