Interesting insights, and funny
It feels like a friend telling you his/her life story over drinks. Surprisingly a regular low-middle class rags to riches story, too well off to be the underdog, too poor to be taken for granted it success is a right. A story ti motivate all “ordinary” people to follow their extraordinary dreams.

Funny, honest & inspiring

Rebel you rock
For me Rebel Wilson is Fat Amy the standout star of Pitch Perfect but this book opens up about her childhood, family, relationships, work and ultimately about finding love with a woman Ramona. It’s brilliant 🤩. Compelling and very honest. The chapter about her not getting to talk to her Dad properly before he dies is heart breaking. Rebel has worked hard for her success and deserves it. You gotta love this gal!

Excellent unexpected thought provoking read!
Wasn’t sure why I purchased this book as I’d heard about Rebel but was indifferent to her at this point, but listening to this book was just….. I couldn’t stop listening!!! I learnt a few things about myself along the way too! Highly recommend

Her honesty and bravery.
I liked Rebel's ability to clearly articulate her life story, her bravery, and her honesty and she is a great role model. She is a beautiful, talented woman who is achieving so much and represents such a large demographic of women. I thoroughly enjoyed her book as it is helping me through my anxiety it was like listening to a friend.👏
