Good book for beginners.
It is a good book for beginners. Everything explains. Mostly products for the USA, but we have the same principles in another country as well. If you are thinking about investing in properties you should start here,

Excellent book
This 2 book bundle has an amazing amount of information and tips for beginners.
The author has provided information on everything you'll need if you are wanting to invest in real estate. From getting loans, getting the right credit score, accessible online tools to the type of people and places you'll need to get started and much more.
Great book, definitely recommend it anyone interested in investing.

The Real Deal for Beginners
It will be helpful for beginners.
It is well explained. It targets the US market but transcends geographical boundaries. Here's where you should start if you want to buy properties.
Overall an excellent audiobook
Beginners will find many nuggets of information and tips in these two books.
When it comes to investing in real estate, the author has given you all the information you'll need to get started.
Getting started means thinking about getting credit, getting a good credit score, and who to contact.
It really is the deal!

Invest in this book invest in your future!
It did help me and my partner a lot! This business or profession is not easy we started 3 years ago and still have really hard days. But if you put in the work in the beginning I'm sure anybody can build up this business soon enough. The book is full of good fundamentals basics and tips or advice about this business. Definitely recommended!

This is great value buy if you want to get 2 books for 1 credit. If you're interested in making money by investing in rental properties - this is a must have book for every beginner.

Helped me choose the right real estate investment for me
I have been meditating on investing in real estate for a long long time and was torn between doing rental or house flipping. I am glad this audiobook helped me choose between both considering the processes of each, pros, cons, challenges, tips, strategies etc. It even suggests resources to get through this industry to make the most of it and presented different cities in the US and their perks from there it would be up to you where to buy your property. Very helpful, informative, and educational!… My sister who lives in America thinks of doing the same business so I’m definitely recommending this book to her.
