From time to time, we all have experiences when restlessness and discontent fade away and we’re filled with a sense of well-being and harmony. But do these moments have to be so fleeting?

Return to Harmony is an audio course for accessing our natural state of unshakeable inner tranquility as we navigate the challenges of personal and spiritual transformation. Topics include: the journey of awakening; disidentifying from our thoughts; becoming present; releasing ourselves from psychological attachments; acceptance and stillness; facing fear; spiritual awakening and human evolution; and much more.

A beautiful course - eternal thanks Steve xxxxxxx

This is essential work that incorporates Steve's poetic verses, spiritual exercises and meditations to take us humans on the beautifully guided journey towards harmony. I recommend this to whoever is interested in seriously changing their lives towards experiencing beauty in the everyday things we take for often granted and to a whole new view of experience of being in the eternal present moment in which there is less ego and more and more of everything else. This is the best guidance of its kind on Audio. An eternal thank you Steve.

Very profound and helpful.

Much recommended if you are looking for a book about awakenings.
One niggle. Steve Taylor’s voice is very relaxing, but at the end and with chapter beginnings a loud annoying male American voice ‘hopes you have enjoyed the programme’’. Well yes I did until you made me jump!
Much better if this audio was just Steve Taylor and no introduction. The content adequately speaks for itself. Excellent book.
