Summary

Universe One created the technology to travel the multiverse long ago, closed their borders, and nobody knows why. The cultists have taken over HQ, and the Tuners are in hiding. Reverberations

Book 2 is lightly better reading than Book 1 but still written in the same vain as the first book.
