About this listen

After successfully getting ahold of Grea's father and helping the man with his research in the Tri-Valor Valley, Asterios and his companions paid a surprise visit to Tina during her grand graduation, turning the event into something much bigger than the organizers intended. Now, with the talented Summoner girl amongst their ranks, they are ready to tackle the next big challenge on their path to discover more about Ast's past and lineage, setting their sights on the mysterious Descending Spire...

Will everything go according to their plans? There are twists and turns behind every corner, they have already learned that much, and a certain very generous king did mention a gift during their last conversation. Asterios and Tina might be expecting something unusual, but they definitely aren't ready for how impactful it will be on their future.

Perhaps it's time to find a good place that their slowly growing family will be able to call home.

Enjoyable fantasy/harem

The worldbuilding and descriptive combat/choreography is very enjoyable and really makes you feel like you're there, seeing it happen, through the characters eyes. The voice-acting also helps with the immersion immensely, as the different characters truly get to have their own voice. Having only two people make all these different characters come to life is very commendable. The relationships and buildup also feel natural and make sense when considering the whole story, which just makes it more believable. The erotic moments are therefore hotter and more romantic. The overall atmosphere and relationship dynamic is fun with everyone finding their own place. No character feels unimportant and/or glossed over. Everyone gets their deserved time in the spotlight. Really solid series

Loving the books.

I am loving these books. Only one problem with them, my work colleagues are not to happy listening to the heart chapters, Something about them being inappropriate for the work area.

good performance... but story is on back burner

the performance is really good. however the story has been bogged down by how much talk there is of his harem and their actions... you can't go a chapter without references to something sexual. it's gotten to the point that when I get to something like that I have started to skip 10-30 seconds ahead

Stopped being fun around book 5

Long story short, I think what I disliked was the last 2 companions that were introduced. I guess I’m done with the series
