Summary

Robin Williams was a legendary actor and comedian, famous for his stand-up routines and places in countless Hollywood blockbusters. Now, in this audiobook of his incredible biography, you’ll get an inside look at the life of this much-loved individual.

Detailing everything from his early years to the golden days, you’ll learn about Robin’s most memorable performances, the height of his career, and the classic roles we know and love him for today.

With mention of the countless friends he made along with way, like Christopher Reeves and Whoopi Goldberg, Robin Williams: A Biography of the Legendary Comedian gives a detailed and enlightening account of Robin’s life.

But you’ll also get a glimpse into the more tragic side of his story - the divorces and infidelity, his alcohol and drug problems which led to extensive rehab, and his struggles with mental health and bipolar disorder. This, combined with health problems and mounting pressures, led to the sudden and unexpected end which shocked the world.

But don’t let the sorrowful end drag you down - this book is a celebration of Robin’s life and achievements throughout his long career and a testament to how his work and life helped shape a generation.

Repetitive

Interesting listening and good facts displayed, however it became quite repetitive at times which I found irritating.
