Engaging Story with Fantastic Characters. Steamy!!

Saved by the Officers is book three in the In Clear Sight series. It can be read as a standalone but is better appreciated if you have read the other books in the series to have more background knowledge.

Georgia finds out that she never really knew her husband and that he has been harboring some very dark and disturbing secrets on top of his illegal activity. When he takes it one step too far, putting their daughter at risk, Georgia turns him in and she and her daughter go in to witness protection.

Georgia and her daughter find themselves in Grandger, Texas a safe place for people in situations similar to theirs. While there, she meets Shade and Trap, her neighbors, and they instantly hit it off. Though their relationship is unvonventional, it works for them, and it is exactly what they each need. Shade and Trap were so protective of both Georgia and Gracie. It was one of my favorite parts of the book.

The audiobook was very well done and highly enjoyable to listen to. Oliver Highpoint, Meg Price and Gomez Pugh all did a fantastic job with the narration of this story and bringing this story to life. I would definitely recommend them all as narrators and look forward to listening to more of their work in the future. I cannot wait for the next book in the series. Amazing triple from Oliver Highpoint, Meg Price and Gomez Pugh. Just WOW.

Georgia and her pre teen daughter Grace, are in witness protection and are moved to a small town. Meeting her next door neighbours Trap and Shade who are best friends. Both men hot police officers. Georgia at first believes that the two men are gay and a couple. Some humorous misunderstanding happen. Trap and Shade are amazing both wanting Georgia and great with Grace. Both men have delt with loss with the death of their girlfriend. Believing that they would never want a relationship until.
I loved how their relationship grew. Amazing off the charts heat, so hot.

Heat, action, emotion, suspense and humour.

Georgie,Trap and Shade!

When Georgie finds out what her husband has been up to, she does the right thing which has now placed her and her daughter Gracie. They are taken away from everything that is familiar and placed in witness protection where she tries to distance herself from everyone but that is proving to be difficult when it comes to her sexy neighbors.

Trap and Shade share all aspects of their lives as they live together, work together, are best friends and are both attracted to Georgie. They are always there for whatever Georgie and Gracie need but will they be able to protect them when her past catches up to her with a vengeance?

Romance and intrigue combine as Georgie and Gracie find so much more than a place to hide when Trap and Shade come into their lives. Both narrators were a great choice as you could feel the emotions of the characters and the suspenseful situation they found themselves in. 🎧Pink Flamingo

A Captivating & Steamy Trifecta! Amazing 🎧📚🎧

Kennedy L. Mitchell turns up the heat in this third book of her amazing “In Clear Sight” series and I’d like the say the series keeps getting better and better, but that would not be fair to the first two books which are just as fabulous as this one. The books in the series stand on their own, each featuring different lead characters, but I recommend enjoying them in order written, characters crossover into each other’s books, and it is beneficial to know their back stories and to be with the world building from the start. That said, the author includes everything you need to know about the existing world and characters so you will never feel lost or like something is missing. Georgia’s who world was turned upside down after overhearing what her husband and work colleagues were involved in. Fearing for her young daughter’s safety, she gathered all the information that she could and went to the FBI with it, demanding protection for herself and her daughter, clemency and a divorce. They place her and her daughter in witness protections and after to moving to different locations until Max takes her to that special town in West Texas, Grandger. She kept her daughter, Gracie, in the dark about everything going on, so Gracie was not a happy camper and just wanted to go back home. Her new home came with two gorgeous neighbors, Shade and Trap, both law enforcement, and misunderstanding the situation, she makes an assumption which leads to some cute, funny and somewhat awkward moments and conversations. Shade and Trap have a unique bond and friendship, they are both getting over a devastating loss, and are having a hard time with it. Georgia and her daughter were melting the frosted wall they had around their heart. Georgia was comfortable around them, first for the wrong reason, despite that it was a natural comfort, and both guys were great with Gracie. It was great to watch their relationship grow, they were great together and for each other. Shade and Trap’s protectiveness was admirable, and so was how hard they fell for Georgia and Gracie. There is never a dull moment in this book, the story is cleverly plotted with plenty of drama, some angst, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions and a steamy MFM romance. Kennedy L. Mitchell, thank you for another fantastic story and emotional rollercoaster ride. 

🎧📚🎧 And for fabulous narration, Oliver Highpoint, Meg Price and Gomez Pugh were the perfect cast to bring these characters to life, and did so with a complete understanding of who they were portraying. I love how they took each role and made it their own, sounding believable and just as I pictured the characters to sound. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling each one. These entertaining storytellers made a great team and their performance elevated this already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another fantastic listen.

Sweet and Spicy

Kennedy L Mitchell doesn’t disappoint with Saved by the Officers! Although the storyline deals with underage trafficking the romance between the three main characters is sweet and spicy! Georgia in a protection programs ends up living next to, two very handsome, very protective men who enjoy sharing everything! Shade and Trap are the perfect fit to mend Georgia ‘s heart and to love on her and her daughter. This is a fast paced book for the action and romance but I loved seeing their relationship bloom and Georgia’s daughter Grace feeling loved and secured in her new life. A delightful suspenseful listen with narrators who had me feeling the story.

Shade & Georgia & Trap

Saved by the Officers was everything I was hoping for and more. Georgia, Trap and Shade were great together and their chemistry was through the roof smexy. This book kept me on my toes waiting and expecting what ended up to be quite the surprise in the plot.
Oliver Highpoint and Gomez Pugh deliver perfectly two very protective and dominant characters in Shade and Trap. Meg Price gave voice to the sensitive, computer savvy Georgia and nailed it.

This is a great book. I love the situation and how these big buff Alphas look after the leading lady and her daughter. They make a beautiful family. A great performance.

Stand alone mfm romantic suspense

Saved by the Officers is the third book in the In Clear Sight series, but I think it could easily be read as a stand alone. The characters from the previous books make some appearances, but the events of this story are entirely independent. I liked how the story portrayed an alternate configuration for a family, but that it was presented as a family. I also liked the elements of suspense.

I listened to the audiobook narrated by Meg Price, Gomez Pugh and new-to-me Oliver Highpoint. I liked how each of the characters had a unique voice for their point of view. I would listen to all three again.

I received a copy of the audiobook at my request, and the opinions here are my own.

Spicy suspense! The perfect listen!

What do you do when you overhear the unthinkable from your husband? You make a deal and go into witness protection! Georgia will do what it takes to keep her daughter safe and this is the best way. Max, her handler has taken her to a new town, but she doesn't trust anyone. But her neighbors, Shade and Trap have taken a liking to her. They seem ok and though her assumptions of them prove to be wrong, she is comfortable being in the company of the two men. As they get to know each other, the two of them let her know their intentions and now Georgia has some decisions to make. Would she be comfortable in a relationship with two men? And is it safe right now to be even entertaining the idea? Her husband is still out there after all. Little does she know the danger that is following her and her daughter, or the feelings these two officers of the law have for them. She isn't the one who should be scared! Spicy, suspenseful, sweet, Kennedy L Mitchell packs it all into the third installment of her In Clear Sight series and it's fantastic. I love her romantic suspense, with just the right amount of spice and thrills! This is definitely one not to be missed.

With a cast like Meg Price, Oliver Highpoint and Gomez Pugh, I knew I was in for a treat. These three know how to bring a character to life and each one found the essence of their particular one. The slow burn is sizzling and the suspense is thrilling all do their voices and it was a fantastic listen!

Intense

This is more than just a romance, it’s full of mystery, suspense, and danger.
It’s also full of chemistry, heat, banter & new friendships, a found family, and humor.
