Summary
Change is coming to Quest Academy. Can Sal rise to the occasion?
When the second years nearly lose their lives in a failed excursion, it's the first years that pay the price. The curriculum is being radically altered to challenge the students, which means the stakes just got a lot higher.
Salvatore's worst nightmare is taking on a demon, but if he wants to stay at Quest Academy, how will he prove to himself and everyone else that he can succeed? He's going to have to take on an entire floor of a demonic tower before the first semester comes to a close.
That's the least of Sal's problems as he navigates through his first student mission away from the school. Sal is more comfortable at the crafting table, but he needs to survive in a reclaimed zone outside of the academy with the worst team of misfits you could possibly imagine.
It's time to push the limits of Mythcrafting…

Only complaint is that i have to wait for the next book
Honestly looking to be one of the best academy series I’ve listened to. The character development is superb and the story telling by both the auther and the narrators couldn’t be better.

builds the series for long term.
good book, this is a series builder and not a action packed story prog. It builds the main characters and introduses New one. the world gets more details and the storie gets mor "meat".

Pure Awesome!
I just finished reading Quest Academy: Scavengers and I'm still buzzing from the experience. This book is an absolute gem and a standout in the series. The character development is top-notch, especially with Sal. Watching him struggle and grow, dealing with real, heartfelt conflicts, made the story incredibly compelling. Like the first book I was also drawn in by the other characters too.
The pacing is perfect; I never felt like the story was dragging. Every scene has a purpose and the stakes feel real. The way the author integrates real-world elements into the academy setting is mind-blowing. It's clever and gripping, making every challenge Sal faces feel genuinely high-stakes.
I also have to give major props for the system elements. I loved the crafting and skills notifications that were showcased throughout. They are brilliantly executed. The missions outside the academy kept me on edge. It's not just window dressing – everything feels essential and exciting.
Overall, Quest Academy Scavengers is a must-read. It's engaging, entertaining, and has left me eagerly anticipating book 3 in the series. Highly recommended!

the main character is annoying
the main character is so unfocused and idiotic it's so annoying he's got so many ideas but never finishes anything.

A pity
I really enjoyed the first book. But unfortunately, the second one not so much. The author has gone too far and by making the main character two weak of mind it had such potential.
